How did you join webportalis?

After two years as a videographer and constant travel, I wanted to find a position where I would only be working in an office and where the working environment was right. So I applied to webportalis and received a positive response shortly afterward.

What motivates you?

At work, I'm motivated by exciting and varied tasks, as well as a friendly and helpful team. Especially at the beginning, there was a lot to learn, and a team that´´´´´´´´´ is always there to help really motivates me to stick with it and explore new things. Add to that the generally friendly and fun atmosphere among everyone here at the company, and the knowledge that everyone has each other's backs.

What's important to you?

It was especially important to me that I could enjoy going to work and feel good about myself, and I can absolutely do that at webportalis. It's also important to me that all employees are treated equally and treat each other well. I'm very pleased that at webportalis, everyone always has a listening ear, no matter who they are or what the issue is. They're always open to new ideas and suggestions, which is very important to me personally. It's also important to me that every employee feels capable and worthy of being listened to, as well as supported, and encouraged.

What do you like about webportalis?

Aside from the great working atmosphere, the diverse tasks are definitely worth mentioning. During my training as a media designer, I was very focused on image and sound, and it was only by chance that I discovered my passion for graphic design, which I continued to pursue privately after my training. I'm delighted that I've now been introduced to some of the graphic design tasks at webportalis. Especially since I'm not officially trained in this field myself, I'm very happy that they've discovered my passion and given me the trust to take on some of the tasks here.

Do you have any hobbies?

In my free time, I love to craft, either with my plotter or my laser cutter. I also enjoy drawing and playing the piano, photography, shooting, and editing videos so I can do a little year-end review of everything I've done. Otherwise, I also enjoy just being at home with my fiancé, watching a TV show, and watching our two degus.
